The incident happened during aSepehran AirlinesBoeing 737 flight over Iran that departed from Mashhad for Kermanshah, according to Jam Press.

According to the outlet, the aircraft may have suffered engine damage and a tire blowout during takeoff.

During the chaos, the plane’s cabin appeared to disintegrate, causing ceiling panels anddebris from damaged binsto fall and strike travelers.Passengers were heard screaming and praying as they held their hands up against the falling debris.

The aircraft landed safely, Jam Press said, citing NeedToKnow.No injuries were reported among the 127 passengers and crew members.
