That matters because the greatest challenge facing our state has never been a lack of resources.It has been a lack of opportunity.

For decades, Louisiana was known for what we were losing.Today, we are becoming known for what we are gaining.

The proof is already visible.

Louisiana recently recordedpopulation growthfor the second consecutive year.Young adults accounted for most of that growth.Our labor force participation rate recorded one of the largest increases in America as thousands more Louisianians entered or reentered the workforce.

People are choosing Louisiana again.

SpaceX did not create that momentum.

It confirms it.
