As access to restrooms during the outage was blocked, some guests said they were caught off guard.

“It was a little chaotic, but they handled it the best they could.”

A Disneyland guest named Tiffany Christensen told local outlet KTLA that she was barred from entering several of the park’s bathrooms.

“Most guests understood it was out of Disney’s hands, while others were upset [over] the inconvenience,” said Christensen.

“It was a little chaotic, but they handled it the best they could,” she added.

On a subreddit dedicated to Disneyland, users reacted to reports of the restroom closures.

“My cousin is there and saysall restaurantsand restrooms are closed,” one person wrote.

Another person chimed in, “That’s going to get bad real fast.”

One commenter described the situation as “almost unimaginable.”

Though the issue was short-lived, not everyone was satisfied.

“The entire city has no water.We left the parks and will ask for a refund,” one guest wrote.

The Disneyland disruption comes weeks afteranother California water shortageforced the closure of public restrooms along a major highway.

The California Department of Transportation closed the northbound and southbound Gaviota Roadside Rest Areas on Highway 101 because of a water shortage.
